Pinterest Video Downloader – Save Pins as MP4 & JPG

To download a Pinterest video: open the pin, tap Share → Copy link (a pin.it link works too), paste it in the box above and press Download. You get the HD MP4 with sound. Image pins download in their original size, and every image of a carousel or idea pin is listed separately.

How to download

Tap Share → “Copy link”. Short pin.it links are fine.
Paste the link above and press Download.
Tap “Download video” (or image / GIF). On iPhone the file goes to Files → Downloads.

Questions

Can I download Pinterest videos without an account?

Yes. Paste the pin link: you don’t need to log in to Pinterest or to our site.

Does it work with pin.it links?

Yes. Short links from the Share menu are opened automatically to find the pin.

Why can’t I download some video pins?

Some pins only embed a video from another site (like YouTube). That video isn’t stored on Pinterest, so there is nothing to download from the pin.

Can I download a whole board?

Not yet. For now it works pin by pin.

Where do downloads go on iPhone?

In the Files app, under Downloads. To move a video to Photos, open it in Files, tap Share, then Save Video.

Can I reuse Pinterest videos?

Saving for personal inspiration is generally fine. To repost or use one commercially, ask the creator first and credit them.
